A newborn baby boy has been found dead inside a gutter in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State, IgbereTV reports.<br><br>The body placed on a wrapper was discovered by residents at JS Tarkaa Way on Wednesday night, January 20, 2021.<br><br>Comr G A Tyotule shared photos taken from the spot.
