Gwarzo: SEC to extend corporate governance code compliance

Besides its enforcement in quoted companies, the Code of Corporate governance will be extended in a due course to all capital market operators, Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission( SEC) Mr. Munir Gwarzo, has said. Its extension to all players in capital market is to enforce ethical standard practice in the market and curb incidences of fraud-related issues in the capital market.
