Agriculture Is Answer To Nigerias Economic DevelopmentGanduje

Kano State governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has said agriculture is the answer to Nigerias economic development in line with the diversification agenda of the Federal government.Speaking to State House Correspondents after observing the Jamaatu prayers at the Presidential Villa, Ganduje also said his state has invested some much in agriculture to key into the new diversification drive.He said agriculture is the answer to the economic development of Nigeria, we have invested so much in agriculture .we have succeeded in convincing our farmers that now it is their time.We are happy with especially with those producing rice,wheat and tomato . We have opened our doors for those who are ready to partner with us to move our state forward.On the upcoming economic summit in the state, he said We already have a maiden press briefing in Kano by the chairman of the Committee the former minister of finance, Shamsudeen.The economic summit is coming up on the 24 of April,we are grateful to Mr President for bringing peace and stability to Nigeria, especially for fighting the insurgency in the North east of Nigeria, that is main economic hindrance especially here in the North, having attained a high degree of stability now, I think it is imperative to open our doors Kano being the commercial nerve centre of the North and the commercial nerve centre of someWest African countries .
