Dustin Johnson headlines the group of 2017 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play semifinalists after successfully navigating two knockout rounds Saturday at Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas. He's joined by Jon Rahm, Bill Haas and Hideto Tanihara in the tournament's penultimate round, which will be played Sunday morning. The two winners will advance to play for the championship Sunday afternoon.Let's check out the complete set of scores from Saturday's play. That's followed by a recap of the Day 4 action. For a look at the the updated bracket from the 19th edition of the head-to-head event, visit the PGA Tour's official website.Saturday's ResultsDay 4 RecapRahm was the most dominant player on the course Saturday. The 22-year-old Spanish rising star won two of his first three holes against Charles Howell III and never relinquished the lead. He replicated that feat in the quarterfinals en route to a routine victory over Soren Kjeldsen. His strong play doesn't come as a surprise given his performance so far in 2017. He won the Farmers Insurance Open in January and his two most recent results were a fifth-place finish in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and a third in the WGC-Mexico Championship. The PGA Tour passed along Rahm's comments after he knocked off Kjeldsen:While Rahm was blowing away his competition during the first day of knockout play, his semifinal opponent spent Saturday grinding out a couple close victories.Haas found himself all square with Kevin Na heading to the 15th tee. He won that hole with a par and matched Na's birdie on No. 16 to maintain the 1-up lead he'd hold to the end.The six-time winner on the PGA Tour was up three on Phil Mickelson through nine holes, but the lead shrunk to one with six holes left. A clutch birdie on the 15th allowed him to stave off the rally, though.Jason Sobel of ESPN joked about Haas ruining the expected storyline:Johnson is still the player to beat heading into the semis, though. The top-ranked player in the world went through a brief rough patch during his quarterfinal clash with Alex Noren but was otherwise on target in his wins over the Swedish veteran and Zach Johnson. He posted two bogeys and a rare par on a par-five during a three-hole stretch to open the back nine against Noren, losing his 3-up lead in the process. The 2016 U.S. Open winner bounced back strong, though, winning three of the next four holes to close out the match.Justin Ray of Golf Channel provided further details about Johnson's title bid:Tanihara is the Cinderella contender in golf's version of March Madness. He survived a group that also included Jordan Spieth, Ryan Moore and Yuta Ikeda and carried that momentum right into a pair of victories Saturday. The 38-year-old Japanese upstart won the 16th and 17th holes against Paul Casey to turn an all-square match into an upset win. He backed that up by overcoming some late nerves to hold off Ross Fisher to punch his ticket to face Johnson. The PGA Tour showcased the tournament's Final Four:Looking ahead, all signs point to a championship encounter between Johnson and Rahm. If that matchup does materialize, it would set the stage for a memorable battle given how well both have played during the first three months of 2017.
