Catholic Archdiocese Of Abuja Loses Priest, Alban Nwaiku

The Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja has announced the demise of one of its Priests, Rev. Fr. Alban Nwaikwu.He died on February 5, 2017.This was contained in a statement signed by Director of Communications, Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja, Rev. Fr. Patrick Tor Alumunku and made available to LEADRERSHIP, yesterday.The statement described Fr Nwaiku as a selfless and resonant leader dedicated to service.Fr. Alban was ordained a Catholic Priest on 15th November, 1997. He worked in various parishes in Abuja. His last parish was the Cathedral Church of 12 Apostles Central Business District, Abuja.According to Alumunku, the wake-keep for the deceased Fr Nwaikun comes up on Friday, 10th February 2017 by 6pm at 12 Apostles Cathedral Parish, Central Business District Abuja.The burial mass will hold on Saturday, 11th February 2017, by 10:00am at Our Lady Queen of Nigeria Pro-Cathedral Abuja.His internment will take place same day at SS. Simon and Jude Minor Seminary Kuje, at the cemetery for Catholic Priests of Abuja Archdiocese.
