Center in each team's ACC opener.The Cavaliers (11-1, 1-0 ACC) led by 15 at the half and as many as 21 in the second half before holding off a furious Cardinals run down the stretch.Devon Hall led Virginia with 10 points.London Perrantes and Kyle Guy each contributed nine points.The Cardinals (11-2, 0-1 ACC) could not find any cracks in the Virginia defense until the closing minutes of the game.
