Breaking: Bauchi commissioner resigns, accuses governor of marginalization

A commissioner in Bauchi, Alhaji Shehu Barau Ningi has resigned his appointment from the state executive council. His resignation comes few days after Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar had presented the 2017 budget to the House of Assembly. Addressing journalist over his decision to resign his appointment on Thursday, Ningi who is the commissioner for Budget and Planning alleged that he was not given an enabling environment to function effectively as commissioner.
