Barringany last-minute manipulations, the Director General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Captain Usman Muktar and the Acting Managing Director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Engineer Emmanuel Anasi are set to leave the system this December if the Public Service Rules (PSR) are anything to go by.
