Stakeholders in the fertilizer industry have reiterated commitment to ensure that various impediments hindering the accessibility and affordability of fertilizer to farmers at the grassroots across the country are speedily addressed. Speaking to journalists at the end of the Nigeria Fertilizer Roadmap Stakeholders Consultation in Abuja on Monday, a consultant with the African Fertilizer and Agribusiness Partnership (AFAP), Scott Wallace,said the economic importance of fertilizer in theNigerias agricultural value chain cannot be over emphasized.
