Central America got hit by an earthquake and a hurricane on the same day

A magnitude-7.0 earthquake shook parts of Central America early Thursday afternoon.The epicenter of the quake hit 149 km (93 miles) south-southwest of Puerto Triunfo, El Salvador, according to the USGS.
