Enugu Set To destroy kidnappers houses

Residential and other public houses used for kidnapping would henceforth be demolished in Enugu State. In the alternative, such houses would be forfeited to the state government. These are among the provisions of the amended Criminal Code Law, Cap 30, Laws of Enugu State, House Bill 12, 2016, which was passed into law by the Enugu State House of Assembly on Tuesday.
