This number has fallen from 58% in 2012 presidential election when Barak Obama was elected for his second term.Kamwe Jackson, the founder of Kamwe Inc. and past contestant on the hit reality show The Apprentice, voices his concern on the low voter turnout for millennials. "This is your time to make a difference," said Jackson. "I know you guys talk about epic fail, #epicfail. Not showing up to the ballot box is the biggest #epicfail."Donald Trump has recently taken shots at the upcoming election bringing into question fairness within the system."Nov. 8, we'd better be careful, because that election is going to be rigged," said Trump during a rally in Columbus, Ohio earlier this year.While some argue the case of a wasted ballot on third party candidates such as Gary Johnson or Jill Stein, others have taken the opportunity to deny their option to vote as a form of protest.Jackson argues that the upcoming election is millennials opportunity to take control of the changes they hope to see in the world.
