CAN Call For State Of Emergency In Southern Kaduna, Says El-Rufai Incapable Of Ending Crisis

The Youth wing of Christian Association Of Nigeria (YOWICAN), has called on President Muhammadu Buhari led Federal Government to declare state of emergency in Southern Kaduna, to bring to an end the wanton lost of lives as a result of crisis, that has hitherto bedeviled the region. Speaking through the National President YOWICAN, Engr. Daniel Kadzai, he said the crisis has gone beyond the control of the State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, who seems to be sleeping over the ungodly act perpetrated by Fulani herdsmen.
